TERMS
1. Buyers are subject to premium at end hammer price.
2. Titles on purchased vehicles will be processed within approx. 14-21 working days contingent upon confirmed
payment.
3. All purchases must be paid for in one (1) hour. Unless other arrangements have been made with LPFC Auction.
4- A $50. per day fee will be added for each additional day said vehicle is not paid for in full by terms set
forth in these rules.
5- All sold vehicles will be held in secure storage or at a specified pre-arranged location until Wednesday
, June 3rd at 5pm est. Any vehicle not paid for or picked up at this time will be subject to an additional $50. per day storage
fee. Proof of insurance must be supplied for any stored vehicle.
