AGREEMENT:
- Please BE SURE to enter the price at which you wish to protect your car.
- If the seller has a protected price (reserve), and the Bid reaches the protected price, the car is sold to the highest
bidder.
If the Bid is below the protected price, the seller has the option to accept the last bid or refuse the last bid.
- The Protected Price may be lowered at any time by Seller. Protected Price cannot be raised.

By signing and submitting this Form, Authorized Seller accepts all terms and information as stated above and
in accompanied Entry Guidelines, and realizes this form is legally binding.

1- Detailing services will be available on site for the cleaning of your vehicle. Extra fee for this service.
2- Security on site for all vehicles that show up early.
Lake Placid Festival of Cars Auction Rules and Regulations:Sale Position Sale position will not
be held until entry fee is paid. Choice of sale position is based on a first come, first served basis as entries are reserved.
However, LPFC, reserves the right to alter the placement of sale vehicles to LPFC Auction's desired sale position.
If an auction entry is cancelled within 5 days of the original entry, the entry fee will be refunded minus a $25.00 handling
fee. After 5 days no refunds or credits will be issued for cancelled entries. Valid for entries received up to May 20, 2009.
LPFC Auction will service the needs of all customers to the best of our ability. However, customers who do not announce
the car they are entering into the sale will not be eligible for those positions deemed “prime positions” in the
sale.
Customers with “prime position” numbers are not eligible to change cars once the car is declared (announced).
If the announced car is not brought to the auction, you are subject to the loss of the “prime position” in the
sale.
Once a car is announced and the paperwork submitted, there will be a $50 service fee if you change cars.
Titles Your title must be in possession of the auction company at sale time. Exceptions will be made for a title
held by a lending institution having a lien.
A copy of your title or registration (for non-titled vehicles) front and back is required in advance of auction. Dealers
must provide appropriate proof of ownership and dealership registrations.
Titles must be negotiable. Example: an open title, one not in your name, must be assigned to you before reassignment. On
non-negotiable titles, funds will be held in escrow until proper title is obtained. Seller agrees that he/she is responsible
for any previous tax or title obligations on said vehicle and is responsible to provide purchaser with a proper document of
sale.
Serial numbers on entered vehicles must match ID NUMBERS or VIN on title. CARS WITHOUT A VIN OR INCORRECT VIN WILL NOT
BE ALLOWED IN THE SALE. Entry fees will not be refunded on cars rejected on sale day. Please check your serial number
prior to coming to the sale, especially Model A's and Street Rods, to avoid complications. Our staff can assist you on titles
with typographical errors.
Vehicles with liens must be pre-approved by auction office and must be accompanied by a letter from the lien holder stating
the lien release condition. A $50 lien fee will be assessed.
