A- Our complete
package includes: a) vehicle review, we wade through the nonsense and only pursue quality cars for our clients
b) market evaluation reports c) We search the following: internet listings / print listings / dealer listings /
National & International listings for your desired vehicle d) phone consults e) pictures and detail packages forwarded
to clients f) transport arrangements etc..etc..
B- We work
on the same basis as a real estate agent ...We offer flat fee or commission basis sales with contracts and we find & sell
quality cars for and to our clients....
Classic Cars are unique and rare machines. Facilitating
a sale or purchase of one is a specialty. It takes time, energy and dollars (ie: phone calls, mailings, travel) to do
it correctly as we have done now for 14 years! )
The purpose of this contract is to guarantee compensation to the
Broker for providing that special skill.
Dan Honahan & Associates (AnB Classics LLC) as the Broker,
shall be entitled to and shall receive a fee and / or commission to perform this service. A retainer is paid up front
and upon the sale of Sellers vehicle to the contracted buyer a Commission or a Flat Fee is due...
All Vehicles are sold as is where is unless with No Warranty, expressed
, written or implied otherwise stated by seller.
The Broker relays the information on all vehicles in good faith
. We also work with reputable dealers and brokers who have proven to us they are worthy of repeat business and have
solid reputations as they also send us prospective clients. We always advise Buyers that they should thoroughly investigate
all vehicles that are sent to them to purchase.
We may act as an impartial agent and transaction broker for the
benefit of both parties and may be compensated by both buyer and seller.
This agreement is valid for 180 days from signed contract date
and may be mutually extended. Signee agrees not to hold Broker in any way legally or personally responsible for any
damages or losses whatsoever pertaining to this matter. The vehicle's owner maintains the right to sell this vehicle on their
own behalf or to change the price and / or withdraw this vehicle from sale at anytime. Any changes or withdrawals of this
contract must be sent in writing to broker.
